As the only website devoted to this market, our focus is to meet your needs with a variety of well designed products that are simple to make and beautiful to enjoy. It is our hope that we can provide joy, inspiration and strength to all of our customers.

All of your data is kept private. None of the information you provide will be bought, sold, or traded to any other organization by Caring Crafts.

Caring Crafts site is secured as a Yahoo merchant and hosted by Yahoo, a world renowned leader in web technology. You can rely on a secure environment and can shop with confidence.


What is your shipping policy?
USPS and Fedex Ground are the primary shipping agents used and selection of a carrier will usually be dependent on the weight of the shipment.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment if they are in stock. You will be notified by e-mail if any items are out-of-stock longer than 5 days and you will be offered an opportunity to substitute. If your order is shipped incomplete because an item is no longer available, and a substitution is not selected, your charge card will be credited for any shortage.


What are your shipping charges?
There is no order minimum and shipping costs are estimated based on the dollar purchase. Orders over $100.00 have the courtesy of FREE SHIPPING.


What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order but in the event that there is a problem, please notify us by email (not phone) within 10 days of purchase. Explain the issue so that we can better serve you in the future and request a return authorization. All merchandise for returns must be unused and in resellable condition. Please insure your return and ship in a sturdy box to avoid damage. We will credit your charge card for the amount minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We do not reimburse shipping charges and reserve the right to refuse returns after inspecting the merchandise, or if no proper returning authorization was made.


Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders, however since our checkout system is not programmed for sales outside the U.S., please email your request so we may assist you with your purchase. Duties assessed by your country do remain your responsibility.


Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for volume purchases over $250. Please send an email so we may have the opportunity to serve you and your organization effectively. It is important to include your name, business name and the nature of your request. You will receive a prompt response.
